1. Services
Earl’s Creative provides photography, videography, marketing, and photobooth services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed through written agreement or booking confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment terms will be outlined prior to the project or event.

  • Payments must be made by the agreed due dates.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and services already rendered.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and clear project details

  • Ensure access to locations and permissions for filming/photography

  • Cooperate during scheduled sessions or events

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Delivery of Work

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated prior to the project.

  • Final content will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

  • Revisions may be limited based on the agreed package.

6. Creative Rights & Usage

  • Earl’s Creative retains the right to use photos, videos, and content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for personal or business use, depending on the project scope.

  • Raw files are not included unless specified.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services; however, Earl’s Creative is not liable for:

  • Unforeseen technical issues or equipment failure

  • Delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or third parties

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

All website content is the property of Earl’s Creative.
